Booking policies – Dar Gonzo Resort & Spa

A completely smoke-free resort for adults
Dar Gonzo is an adults-only, entirely non-smoking resort. Many of our guests choose us for exactly this reason, and we protect it for them.

Minimum age 18. A passport or national ID card is required at check-in for every guest. Guests under 18 cannot be accommodated.
No smoking anywhere on the property, indoors or outdoors, in suites, gardens, terraces and car park. This includes cigarettes, e-cigarettes and vapes, pipes, cigars, hookahs and cannabis.
A fee of 1,500 MAD applies to any breach of this rule, per occurrence, to cover cleaning and the disturbance to other guests.
By booking, you confirm that you and everyone in your party have read and accept these rules. A decision not to stay because of them is not a reason for cancellation or refund.

All bookings, online, by phone, WhatsApp, email or at reception, are paid in full when booked and are non-refundable: they can’t be cancelled, changed or transferred. No-shows are charged in full.
Online and remote bookings are paid by PayPal or debit/credit card. At reception, payment is also possible in cash or by bank transfer.
Minimum stay: 2 nights. Prices are per suite per night for the number of adults booked, accommodation only.

Tourist tax: 25 MAD per adult per night, not included, paid at the resort.
Extras (meals, drinks, spa treatments, transfers) are settled every 3 nights and before departure.
Free parking on the property for staying guests.

Pets are welcome on request only, with our written approval before arrival. Owners are fully responsible for their pet and for any damage it causes. Water bowls are provided.

Conferences, team retreats, celebrations and private hire on request. A 50% deposit confirms the booking; the balance is due before arrival.
